Refund Policy

We stand behind our products and allow for refund or exchange of eligible returns up to 30 days from date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be in its original packaging.

  • Begin the process by sending an email to support@fentri.com and we will issue a refund number and will provide shipping instructions.
  • Please submit the original proof of purchase along with your return.
  • Your return will be evaluated within two days of receipt of the returned item. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 
  • Please allow for 2-3 business days from the date of refund to see the credit applied on your card.
  • Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.

For Amazon purchases, please follow the return instructions as provided by Amazon fulfillment or follow the return instructions on their website.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. Please send an email to support@fentri.com and we will process an exchange for a similar item upon receipt of the original defective product. 

1-Year Warranty

If any part of your Fentri product becomes non-functional or defective, we will repair or replace the product with a similar item in same or better condition within a year of your purchase. We issue warranty replacements from our stock of quality checked items. All warranty replacements will come with the same guarantee as your original purchase.

We want to be able to accommodate our customers, but we reserve the right to revise this policy, if needed.
